Welcome! We’re glad you’re here! As a team, we offer compassionate, holistic, person‑centered care with the option to integrate faith for those who find it meaningful. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and honor the path that feels right for you. We offer in person and telehealth options for residents in MN & WI for all ages.
Our approach is gentle, reflective, and supportive. We ask thoughtful questions, create a calm and safe space, and walk alongside you as you seek healing, clarity, or deeper connection.
Rooted in both lived experience and professional training, we are committed to reducing stigma and providing practical, effective support that truly helps people move forward with hope.
Our Team
Therapists are self-employed and manage their own schedules & availability. They do not get paid for time outside sessions they spend doing notes, research, planning & phone calls. Therefore, late cancels (less than 24 business hour notice) or No Shows will result in a charge of $100.
Directions
Our building is called the Atrium Business & Wellness Center. Park near door C or A for automatic doors.
Our suite is in between two gardens called Suite 100/The Atrium Executive Suites.
We are in the same building as Fairview Recovery Services or White Chiropractic .
