Each therapist is in-network with different insurances. Please check with your insurance. Pre-licensed/interns bill under their licensed supervisor, so their name will show out of network, however we can still bill in-network.

We are a small team of licensed, professional therapists and coaches wanting to meet you where you are at and help you achieve your goals or wellness.
We see children, teens, families, couples & adults. We offer outpatient therapy, counseling, diagnostics and assessments, parent, life or nutritional coaching.
We accept major insurances. Serving the Burnsville area, Twin Cities, Wisconsin (Tessa only), Virginia (Marilee) and surrounding areas in person or via telehealth.

Play Therapy
Play therapy works by using play as the child’s natural language and toys as their words, allowing kids under 12 to express emotions, process experiences, and build coping skills in a developmentally appropriate way. It’s an evidence‑based mental health treatment that helps children communicate what they often cannot explain verbally.
