Susy brings over 11 years of experience working with individuals seeking support and guidance on their journey towards improved mental health and overall well-being. Susy completed both her BA degree and her Master of Social Work degree at Bethel University, with specialized justice-informed practice competencies. Her commitment to learning and growth has allowed her to cultivate a deep understanding of the complexities of human behavior, mental health, and the various challenges individuals may face. 

 Susy has worked with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) as well as a range of comorbidities, including Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Autism Spectrum Disorder, cognitive deficits, substance use disorder, and chronic health conditions/invisible illnesses. 

Her multifaceted experience has equipped her with the skills to provide comprehensive and tailored support to clients with diverse backgrounds and needs. Susy blends education and hands-on experience in order to bring a holistic, eclectic approach to therapeutic practice. 

She believes in fostering a collaborative and empathetic therapeutic relationship, where clients can feel understood, validated, and empowered to define and achieve their own best quality of life.

Tessa has been working in mental health for 8 years, as a therapist for 3 years, and is passionate about health overall. She strives to provide a safe, relaxing space for clients to help them reach their goals. Her approach is compassionate and solution focused. Tessa previously worked as an in-home skills & therapy practitioner for adults and kids, a clinical supervisor/assessor at an autism center, a clinical supervisor for in-home programs, and as a case manager for the counties.
