Intake Session (or Diagnostic Assessment): $220 

53+ minute session: $180

31-45 minute session: $160

15-30 minute session: $140

Private pay is accepted and we offer a sliding scale fee for those who qualify and are in financial need. 

We accept all credit cards, including HSA/FSA cards.  We can offer a superbill for out of network providers.

We encourage you to check with your insurance to see what your deductible is, copay, and/or if we are in-network and/or what your insurance will pay if we are out-of-network. Often times, insurance will pay a portion with a superbill we provide for you to submit to your insurance if they are out-of-network.

Autism or ADHD Evaulation Process

1. 2 hour interview (may be done in 2-4 sessions, more for children) 

2. Questionnaire may be sent to a caregiver, teacher, or close family member to gather information.

3. One hour session to discuss results, ask questions, and review recommendations. Comprehensive Assessment and formal evaluation report will be given.

Autism Diagnostic Sessions and other diagnoses with children may take 2-4 sessions and may take more therapy sessions before diagnosis for observations.

Late Cancels (less than 24 business hour notice, Friday for Monday appointments)  or No Shows will result in a charge of $100 unless of an emergency or sickness.
